Questionnaires/Forms>View

In the Questionnaires/Forms screen you can identify Questionnaires/Forms that are New, In Process, or Completed.

1. You can click the ‘In Process’, or ‘Completed’ links on the left navigation bar. A table with the selected type of Questionnaires/Forms will be displayed.

a. You can click the View button to display the Questionnaire/Form.

b. You can click the Close button to close the form.
